The Juniper One

We suggest you use your Juniper Berries within six months of purchase, however dried fruit has been known to last for years!

It is absolutely essential to keep the berries in a dry atmosphere and at a slightly cooler than room temperature, out of bright light and with the top of the bags turned over a few times.

These berries are from certified organic sources, and come to you as close to their natural state as can be, therefore they may be a little uneven in size and shape. 

No known allergens are used in any of our products, but whilst all care has been taken, we cannot completely guarantee that cross-contamination has not occurred.

Of course, all gins need to contain juniper and for London dry gin and distilled gins this should be the major flavour.  However, some gins focus more heavily on the flavour of juniper and corresponding notes of pine and cedar.  These gins are typically good all-rounders for mixing.  Examples of such gins include Tanqueray, Hayman's London Dry, Palmers 44 and Crossbill.
