At TheZestCo we process all our products with the utmost care to ensure they are safe for you to enjoy.

Gluten

No Gluten or produce containing gluten is used in the processing of our dried fruit.

Nuts

The dehydration process does not contain or make use of or include nuts at any point. This term includes both tree nuts and peanuts. However nuts may be stored on the same premises for seperate use.

Other allergens

None of the 14 recognised allergens listed in the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU) are present at any point during the cleaning, slicing, drying or packaging procedures. However, some or all of the recognised allergens may be stored on the same premises for seperate use. These allergens are listed as:

Cereals containing gluten; namely wheat (such as spelt and khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats
Crustaceans; for example, prawns, crabs, lobster, crayfish
Eggs
Fish
Peanuts
Soybeans
Milk (including lactose)
Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
Celery (including celeriac)
Mustard
Sesame
Sulphur dioxide/sulphites
Lupin, which includes lupin seeds and flour
Molluscs like mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
