A minumum of 35g of dehydrated orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit and clementine. Please note due to seasonality and availability, occasionally we may substitute one or more varieties for another of equal quality.
The Citrus One
We suggest you use your sliced fruit within six months of purchase, however dried fruit has been known to last for years!
It is absolutely imperative that dried fruit is kept well away from damp conditions and as dry as possible. Once opened turn the top of the bags turned over a few times to keep moisture out.
This fruit is sourced from certified organic growers, and comes to you as close to its natural state as can be, therefore you may see the odd bump or blemish on the skin.
No known allergens are used in any of our products, but whilst all care has been taken, we cannot completely guarantee that cross-contamination has not occurred.
Replacing the ever popular and original Zesty One, this pack concentrates on all the citrus goodness while the summer berries take a breather to replenish. Strawberries and raspberries are out for a while, in place we have bumped up the lime count and added a few clementines while they are in season.
As ever all fruit comes from the EU, while limes are from Peru.

A popular flavour profile for gins, where the flavours of citrus peel – for example lemon, lime a variety of grapefruit and bitter or sweet orange – play a prominent role. Gins often focus on these notes because of the lively and refreshing quality of citrus flavours. Because of these qualities, citrus gins often work well in long drinks such as the Gin Tonica or Tom Collins. Le Tribute Gin from Spain is made using six varieties of citrus peel; lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, kumquat and tangerine, all in addition to lemongrass, which adds further citrus notes. Other examples of citrus gins include Bluecoat, Hunters and Tanqueray No. Ten.
